New build development, Crouch End, North London (4 houses, 5 flats & commercial space)

We were commissioned as client side Project Managers by the Acorn Property Group and later by Fornacelli Investments. We were involved in all the project stages, from inception to planning, tender and construction.

The scope of the project included 4 houses, 5 flats and commercial space.

Chris Hampson was the architect.
